Its been a pretty horrible year for overseas property but hopefully we will see a much brighter 2010.
The reality is though is that emerging property markets are still going to struggle whilst there is still such great value in established markes such as the UK, Spain and especially Germany so whilst ther might me an upturn in 2010 it could be another year before the likes of Brazil and other countries see a real upturn and a return to the overseas investment levels of 2007.
Brazil is probably the best placed of the emerging markets with the olympica and football world cup driving forces that other coutnries cant compete with.
So it should be a very interesting year.
